Dates for Your Diary
Wednesday 30 June Last day of school – Half day (finish at 12pm)
Thursday 1 July Summer holiday begins!
Thursday 19 August First day of school!
Dear Parents,
As we come to the final week of 2020/21, it is very fitting that our Year 6 students feature prominently through their PYP exhibition. This Friday at 9:00am, we launch the KJS PYP exhibition 2021! The PYP exhibition gives our incredible young students an opportunity to showcase their skills, knowledge, attributes, values and personalities as they seek to change the world and make it a better place for all!
You will see some important information below about KJS in 2021/22, so if you are a returning family, please take the time to check out the information on the uniform changes.
We will have one final newsletter next week. However, in the meantime, we want to acknowledge the staff who will be leaving KJS at the end of this academic year. Each staff member has made positive and welcoming contributions to the culture of KJS, and we know that their dedication and service will have an impact on so many children. We wish the following staff all the best for their next steps as they move on from KJS:
Teachers: Paul Anderson, Andrea Fuentes Diaz, Joseph Fahy, Sarah Simpson, Ian Wishart
Educational Assistants: Adela Kamaragoda, Fiona Lee, Mel White
We look forward to seeing many of you at the PYP exhibition this Friday and to farewelling our Year 6 families and students next week. In the meantime, as always, thank you for your kind support and your commitment to KJS.
Kind regards
亲切的问候,
सधन्यवाद
Neill O’Reilly
Principal
